Serves 4
For Chicken wings:
3 lb. chicken wings
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 stalk finely diced green scallion
1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro
1 tbsp. sesame seeds
- Cut off wing tips; discard tips. Separate the remaining wing pieces by cutting through joint. Lightly dust wings with flour.Preheat oven to 425 F. Coat baking sheet with oil. Arrange wings on baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 10 minutes.
- Remove pan from the oven and use tongs to turn the wings over. and bake for another 15 minutes, or until crispy and golden. Remove wings and set aside (discard the grease from the pan).
- Add chicken wings to the skillet and raise heat to high. Add sesame seeds and continue cooking, turning chicken several times to coat well with sauce and sesame seeds. When sauce is almost completely reduced. Garnish with scallion and cilantro and serve immediately.
For Marinade:
1 cup Sisters' lime soy
1tbsp. minced garlic
2tbsp. honey
1tbsp. chili paste (optional)
- In a large skillet or wok. Bring sisters' Lime Soy, garlic, honey and chili paste to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly until sauce began to thicken, about 5 minutes.
