Serves 4
For steaks and marinade:
2 lb flank steak
1 cup Sisters' Lime Soy sauce
1 teaspoon Asian sesame oil
- In a large re-sealable plastic bag, combine marinade and steak, pressing out excess air, seal bag. Refrigerate, turn bag once or twice, at least 12 hours or overnight.
- Prepare grill or indoor two side grill to medium heat (or preheat broiler). Discard marinade, grill steak on an oiled rack for 3-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare,( same amount of time for broiler). Only 4-5 minutes total for indoor grill.<
- Transfer steak to cutting board, let stand for 5 minutes. Slice steak against the grain.
