Cooking Instructions:
ONLY STEAM or PAN FRY
Steamed & Pan-Fry in One Step:
Do not defrost. Heat approximately 1 oz. oil in a non-stick frying pan, place dumplings into frying pan cook for 1 min, at med. heat, add 1/2 cup of water (not more than half the height of dumplings) and cover, cook at medium heat approximately 8-10 min, or until water is gone. (if you prefer you may cook or steam them first then fry them until bottom of the dumplings become golden brown) **Reduce amount of water & oil when cooking a small amount of dumplings.
To Steam:
Do not defrost. Place dumplings on lightly oiled strainer (Vegetable Steamer) over pot of water OR a layer of wide leaf green, like iceberg lettuce, Romaine lettuce or Napa cabbage between the dumplings and steamer and steam 8-10 min.
