Cooking Instructions:
Steamed & Pan-Fry in One Step:
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a non-stick frying pan, place Frozen dumplings into pan & cook for 30 seconds on medium high heat, then add 1 cup of water(not more than half the height of dumplings), cover and continue to cook for about 6-7 minutes or until water evaporates and the bottom of dumplings turn golden brown. * Reduce amount of water & oil when cooking a small amount of dumplings.
To Boil:
Do not defrost. Place Frozen dumplings in a pot of boiling water, lightly stir with spoon to keep dumplings from sticking to the pot. Boil on high for about 7-8 minutes. (Optional, for best taste: gently place cooked dumplings into a lightly oiled non-stick pan, cook for 1 min. at medium heat, or until golden brown).
To Steam:
Do not defrost. Place a layer of wide leafy greens, like iceberg, Romaine, cabbage and etc. In a veggie strainer or bamboo steamer over a pot of water. Place Frozen dumplings (with a little space apart) in the strainer or steamer, steam at high heat for 8-10 min. (Optional, for best taste: gently place cooked dumplings into a light oiled non-stick pan, cook for 1 min. at medium heat, or until golden brown).
